We're the Desmond family, Cypress Lakes residents, proud parents, and the people behind this small neighborhood business here in East Orlando. Our goal is simple. We want to offer honest, reliable, and affordable services to the people right here in our own backyard.

This business started with a few conversations on the back porch and a shared desire to teach our kids the value of hard work, responsibility, and community. We realized that with a little organization and a lot of heart, we could build something meaningful. Not just for our family, but for our neighbors here in Cypress Lakes and the surrounding East Orlando community.

Whether it is pressure washing a driveway, fixing an old mailbox, washing vinyl fences, or taking care of dog waste so a family can enjoy their yard again, we take pride in the small things that make everyday life easier. Our kids are part of the business too. From learning how to quote a job to lending a hand with tools, and sometimes just holding the clipboard, they are getting real experience in what it takes to build something from the ground up.
